Plans, pricing and what's next

The trial, the E-commerce, Silver, Gold and Platinum plans, what a conversation is, Row and support seats, and what is being built next.

Plans (launch pricing, subject to change). Every plan has every channel and every feature; plans differ by volume, apps and people. Prices are in GBP per month excluding VAT; yearly billing gives two months free. Every conversation in a plan is answered by Row, the model AgentRow provides; a workspace that only uses its own keys pays £5 less.

  • Trial: one month free for every new workspace: 3 apps, unlimited agents, 1 person, 100 conversations and 500 runs, knowledge bases of up to 200 documents each, a support inbox with one seat, on your own model keys.
  • E-commerce: £15 a month (£10 on your own keys). One app (your store), 1 person included, 200 conversations a month every one answered by Row, 1,000 runs a month, 1 knowledge base with 200 documents, 30 days of history, email support.
  • Silver: £39 (£34 on your own keys). 3 apps, 1 person included, 500 conversations a month on Row (2,500 runs), 1 knowledge base with 200 documents, 30 days of history, email support.
  • Gold: £89 (£84). 5 apps, 2 people included, 1,000 conversations a month on Row (5,000 runs), unlimited knowledge bases, 90 days of history, "Powered by AgentRow" removable, priority email support.
  • Platinum: £199 (£194). 10 apps, 3 people included, 2,000 conversations a month on Row (10,000 runs), unlimited knowledge bases, 12 months of history, no branding, priority support and an onboarding call.
  • Scale: custom pricing for agencies and high volumes: seats included, custom retention, security review and DPA, dedicated support.

What counts. A conversation is a chat thread with at least one AI reply in the month, whichever model answered it; a hand-off to your team is part of the same conversation. Each message an agent answers is a run; a plan's runs are its monthly total, about five for every conversation in the allowance, so a long conversation uses more of them and a short one fewer. Beyond the plan's conversations the overage is £3 per 100 conversations on every plan. Every plan includes its people; anyone extra, whether they build agents or answer in the inbox, is a seat at £15 a month (£12 on Platinum).

Your plan and its limits. Every organisation is on a plan. Settings → Plan & usage shows the plan, this month's runs and conversations, the apps, builder users and knowledge bases against its limits, the trial days left, and every plan's allowances. Usage resets on the first of the month. When a limit is reached the action is refused with the reason and the reset date: a new app, a new member, a new knowledge base or documents beyond the allowance are blocked in the dashboard, and a run is refused everywhere (your visitors see a short "temporarily unavailable" line, you see the plan and the numbers). Paid plans continue past their conversation allowance into metered overage; the trial stops at its allowance. When the trial ends, runs and new apps pause until a plan is assigned; nothing is deleted. Plans are assigned by AgentRow for now: to change plan, write to us at agentrow.io/contact.

Row. Row is the model AgentRow provides, so an assistant runs with no API keys to create or manage. Each paid plan includes a number of conversations answered by Row; beyond it the Row overage is £8, £7, £6 or £5 per 100 Row conversations, by plan. A workspace that only uses its own keys pays £5 less and never touches the Row meter. Row arrives with the paid plans; today every workspace uses its own provider configurations (Models and providers).

Support seats. Team members who reply from the inbox are support seats: £15 per person a month on E-commerce, Silver and Gold, £12 on Platinum, included on Scale. The AI is never priced per resolution.

What's next. Available now: the builder, tools, knowledge bases with file and web page imports, memory, apps with the chat widget and the end-user API, a Slack bot as a channel of the same app, signed inbound webhooks and server-to-server runs, webhook delivery of every answer, support apps with the hand-off and the inbox, the Shopify app with store tools and the storefront chat (Shopify store assistant), notifications in the app and by email, plans with their limits, full run traces and analytics, personal access tokens, and the marketplace, where tools, toolboxes, agents and apps are shared free and installed as your own copies. Being built for the coming months: WhatsApp and Telegram channels, the team's Inbox replies delivered back into Slack, the Shopify app's next steps (products and policies synced into a knowledge base, a setup wizard, billing through Shopify and a listing in the App Store), whole-site import for knowledge bases, support roles and seats, and self-serve billing. After that: selling agents and apps on the marketplace, Gmail, AI-drafted replies for the team to edit, a WooCommerce plugin, agency and multi-store management.

The marketplace. Under Platform → Marketplace you can share a tool, a toolbox, an agent or a whole app with other organisations, and install what others have shared. Sharing packages the item as it is today: the agent's settings, its per-agent tool settings and its published workflow, the toolboxes and tools it uses, and for an app its agents and its own tools. Nothing of your organisation goes with it: no ids, no credentials, no allowed origins. Before the listing is made you choose the install fields from what the configuration contains: a credential is always asked of the installer (it becomes a secret of the installed tool, encrypted, never written into a request); a plain value such as a model, a prompt, a widget text, a URL or a {{config.name}} variable of your own is shipped as it is or asked, with your value as the default; a knowledge base attached to the agent travels with it only if you tick it (its indexed text, at most 50 documents and 5 MB), and the installer can attach any of their own. A listing is public (the installer gets an editable copy) or private (a sealed copy: usable, attached to their own agents and apps, but never opened or changed; removing it removes the records it made). An AgentRow reviewer approves each version before it goes live; you are told either way.

Installing opens a wizard: what you get, where the tools send data (every host is shown, and a URL the installer fills in says so), what it needs (a provider key for a model shipped as it is, a connected account for a channel step), then the fields, then a review. Everything is created in one transaction, or nothing is: your own tools in their own toolbox, your own agents with their workflows published, your own app with a fresh public id and secret, and copies of the knowledge that came along, chunked and ready. A knowledge base searched by meaning is indexed with your embedding provider (or AgentRow Embedding) first, and the agent is published by itself when the index is ready. Every connected account is optional at install: a Shopify store is put on the app's workflow when you link one from the Shopify admin; a Slack or webhook step left without an account waits in a draft version. The installation's page keeps the fields editable (a secret shows only as set or not), lists the records it made, and shows when a newer version is on the marketplace. When the creator publishes a new version you are notified with the changelog and choose when to update. The update runs from the installation's page, in one step or not at all: the answers you gave are kept and only what is new is asked; what you have not changed is updated; what you and the creator both changed is shown side by side, and you keep yours or take theirs, record by record; a changed workflow arrives as a draft version of your agent or app, which keeps running as it is until you publish the draft. Removing the link keeps a public listing's records as your own. Sharing and managing a listing takes an owner or admin; installing and editing an installation's fields a developer; removing the link an admin. Everything is free today. Paid listings (by subscription or one-time purchase, installed sealed, with Stripe payouts and an 80% creator share), ratings, publisher profiles and public listing pages on agentrow.io come later.
