Organisation, members and access

Members and roles, personal API keys, app credentials and model provider keys.

  • Members and roles. Invite members by email and assign roles: owner, admin, developer and billing manager. Owners manage the organisation; admins manage members and resources; developers build; billing managers manage plans and usage.
  • API keys. Personal API keys (prefixed ag_) authenticate the builder API for scripts and integrations: managing agents, apps, tools, knowledge bases, conversations and runs.
  • App credentials. Each app's public app id and server-side app secret are separate from personal API keys and are used only by that app's widget and backend integration.
  • Model provider keys. Provider configurations hold the keys the runtime uses to call models and embeddings, managed per organisation.
