AgentRow is an AI agent platform built in Northern Ireland. Businesses design AI agents as visual workflows, put them on their website, Slack or their own systems, see every step of every conversation, and hand a conversation to a person when the agent should stop.

What we make

AgentRow is a platform for building, running and supervising AI agents. You design an agent on a canvas: it reads the question, looks up your documents, reasons with a language model, uses tools such as your own APIs, and answers. Apps put one or several agents behind a chat widget, an API, a Slack bot or a signed webhook, and support apps route conversations to your team when a person should take over.

Our first focus is e-commerce: online shops that answer the same customer questions all day and need an assistant they can trust with their customers and their orders.

Why we built it

Most AI assistants are black boxes. When one gives a wrong answer, the business cannot see why, so it cannot fix it or safely let it act. When the assistant cannot help, customers get stuck instead of reaching a person. And building a proper agent has meant developers, several frameworks and separate monitoring tools.

We think small teams deserve the same dependable AI that large companies build in-house: agents whose every step is visible, that know when to hand over, and that cost the same next month as this month.

What we believe

An agent is a visual workflow, and the runtime executes exactly that workflow. There is no hidden second version of the logic.

Every step on the record

Each conversation is traced: what the agent looked up, which tools it called, how long each step took and what it cost.

A person is one hand-off away

When an agent should stop, it hands the conversation to your team, with its reason and a summary, in the same chat.

Flat monthly plans with no charge per resolved conversation, on Row, the model we provide, or on your own model keys.

Where we are

  1. April 2026

    Development of AgentRow begins: the visual builder, the runtime that executes agent workflows, and run tracing.

  2. September 2026

    Apps reach users on the chat widget, the API, Slack and signed webhooks, and support apps hand conversations to a team inbox.

  3. September 2026

    AgentRow opens to sign-ups at app.agentrow.io, with a one-month free trial.

  4. October 2026

    The marketplace: tools, toolboxes, agents and apps shared free, public or private, installed as your own copies and updated in place.

  5. NextPlanned

    A Shopify app that installs a store assistant in minutes, and paid listings on the marketplace.

Who we are

AgentRow was founded by Nidheesh Jagadeesan in Northern Ireland, who designed and built the platform: the visual builder, the runtime that executes agents, the tracing, the channels and the support inbox.
